Business plan are to be done before, but not to be followed...

Think big, start small... act deadly simple...

Yes it is no more long term guaranteed...

Yes enterprise 2.0 is the only solution to be flexible... and happy... E2.0 should be Y companies, not X companies...

Most 2.0 success story are only after three times 360 degrees changes of business purpose...

We have yet entered into longtail business... away from mass only production...

Of course E2.0 can be applied also to workers in assembly lines... "Equipes autonomes" have been first attempts of that, long ago...
